As of November 2018 I have ceased using thumbtack as a lead generator. They have failed the service providers and after listening to 1000s of complaints and grievances, they still failed to address them in a meaningful way.
I am unable to delete my company profile on there without accepting their latest Orweilian TOS so my top pro status has dropped off from lack of use of their site. Nevertheless, I decided to download all my my reviews on there to date
